Shipping

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.

  • I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Time

  • Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 10 days for processing. Normally, packages take 5-15 business days from the shipping date to arrive at the destination.

  • You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Sometimes these emails end up in the spam or junk folders.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me.

Customs Fees

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Package Liability

  • I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.
